He has been the Head of Administration in various Ministries; Executive Secretary, Akwa Ibom State Rural Water and Sanitation Agency; Executive Secretary, Uyo Capital City Development Authority; Protocol Officer, Government House Uyo; the Liaison Officer, Akwa Ibom State Liaison Office, Abuja. He is currently the Director of Administration and Supplies in the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs.

A man with excellent skills in Administration and Diplomacy.

He has the ability to work under pressure, very proactive and well willing to learn new skills and technology.

He has several awards to his honour, which include Certificate of Commendation on Peace and Conflict Resolution; Excellence Award in Service Delivery; Certificate of Commendation on outstanding performance in the Civil Service, and National Productivity Award, etc.

Edwin attended several courses such as General Management, Personnel Management, General Principles of Management, Advanced Management, Personnel Management and Service Delivery, and National Productivity Course, etc.

He is happily married with three children, very keen in watching nature, making people happy and above all, being in God’s vineyard.
