• Construction of a new office complex (Peace House) to provide more office spaces for

• Council staff who had no offices at the Council headquarters.

• Renovation of the old Council office main building.

• Provision of portable Water supply in 3 communities.

Sponsored corrective surgeries for children with cleft pallet teeth/lips.

Donation of medical equipment to the then Primary Health care center at Odot.

• Donation of Business grants to wives of ex-service men and other women of Nsit Atai.

• Acquisition of land and payment of compensation for a New stadium at Odot.

• Construction of ultramodern market at IkotAkpabio
